The mission of Heaven’s Rainbow, Inc. is to empower young teen and single mothers ages 13-25 to build strong and stable lives. This mission is carried out through providing personal and professional development through means of resources, education, training, and life skills.  Heaven’s Rainbow helps transition young mothers from high school to real world experiences, such as employment and college.

Our goal is to create wholeness in young mothers.  Heaven’s Rainbow equips women with the necessary tools to identify and address core issues that cause conflict in their personal lives and their relationships with others.  HRI promotes family unity and reunification by being both proactive and reactive towards destructive behaviors and circumstances.

Our Vision is that young single mothers will come to know and understand their purpose and value as women so that they will willingly change their behaviors and lifestyle to be patterned after the image they were created for.
